The cards feature powerful SHARC DSPs (digital signal processors) for all their onboard signal processing of which the original Pulsar has 4, the Pulsar II has 6 and the Scope has 15.
There is now a complete range of cards produced by Creamware ranging from a basic DSP input/output recording card through to sampler cards and many input/output options all using the SHARC chip which is at the heart of the Creaware Pulsar/SCOPE software/hardware system
You can design and make your own Scope/Pulsar devices with the Scope /DP system via it's incredibly easy to use software.
Scope is like Adobe Photoshop for audio and lets you turn outrageous circuit and visual ideas into working plug-ins fast.
As well as plug-in developement, synthesis and recording, with Scope you also get immense processing power with it's 15 onboard Sharc DSPs
Software updates are free and extensive too.
